Hi, I’m Marie.
I work with clients who have nails that feel weak, damaged or difficult to manage. I offer calm, restorative nail care from a private home studio in Thornton Heath, Croydon.

Your safety comes first.
Before your first appointment, you’ll complete a Hand & Nail Assessment. At your appointment, we’ll review the relevant information together, discuss the proposed service and complete your Client Safety & Consent Record before we begin.
If something makes the planned service unsuitable, I may postpone the service, stop where necessary, or propose an appropriate adapted service. If something appears to need medical assessment first, I’ll recommend that before proceeding with nail care.

I work with a range of professional nail systems and materials, including soft gel, hybrid gel (Shellac), builder gel, hard gel, acrygel (polygel), liquid and powder acrylic, and silk wraps.
The brands I work with brands including Bio Sculpture, CND and Kinetics, using systems such as Shellac and Plexigel. IBX strengthening support may also be used where appropriate.
These are different ways to support and care for your natural nails, not a list of treatments you need to choose from.
I assess your nails, recommend the approach I consider suitable, and discuss the treatment with you before we proceed.

Hygiene & cleanliness
Reusable tools are cleaned and disinfected between clients, and the workstation is cleaned between appointments. Single-use items are disposed of after each service.
My goal is simple: natural nails you feel good about.

Appointment reservations: Start With Strength, Priority Nail Rescue and Prescriptive Gel Manicure are normally reserved online without payment. Reserving an appointment does not create an automatic cancellation or no-show charge.
Cancellations & rescheduling: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. A late cancellation or missed unpaid reservation may mean that a future appointment must be paid for in advance. Prepaid or included visits are handled in line with the Terms & Conditions.
Lateness: If you arrive late, the service may need to be adapted to the time remaining. If you arrive around 30 minutes late, or too late for the planned service to be provided safely and appropriately, the appointment may be treated as missed.
Children & guests: Appointments are designed as a one-to-one service. Please contact me beforehand if you need to bring a child or another guest so I can confirm whether they can be safely and comfortably accommodated.
7-day guarantee: If you experience chipping or lifting, contact me within 7 days of your appointment with a clear photo so I can assess what has happened. The correction itself does not need to take place within those 7 days.
